What you need

banana

tsp ground cinnamon

cup oat milk
tsp lemon

tsp baking powder

cup applesauce

cup gluten free flour

cup tahini

tbsp protein powder

cup maple syrup

tsp baking soda
tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
In a glass bowl or measuring cup whisk together the plant milk and apple cider vinegar and let it sit for about 10 minutes to create a vegan buttermilk.Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda (if your flour mixture doesn't have it already), and cinnamon. Set aside. In a medium bowl add the bananas and smash them with a fork. Then add the vanilla and tahini to the smashed bananas and stir to combine. Next, add the banana mixture, applesauce, maple syrup, and vegan buttermilk mixture to the flour and stir to combine, just until all the flour is incorporated. Don't overmix! Pour the batter into a parchment-lined 8x8 baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean and the top is golden. Allow the banana bread to cool completely before frosting.View original recipe
